摘要
水槽式洗碗机的水槽出现渗漏水情况是一项较为严重的产品质量问题,所以需要针对水槽式洗碗机水槽渗漏进行有效的控制以及检测。通过气体增压的原理,来对水槽式洗碗机水槽渗漏自动检测装置进行有效设计,检测装置对水槽式洗碗机水槽是否存在渗透进行检测,并根据渗漏检测过程中封闭腔内气压是否损失来进行准确判断;检测装置整体结实牢固、美观实用,结构设计科学合理,操作简单、灵活、可靠,有较好的安全防护装置,并且能够有效地对水槽式洗碗机水槽渗透情况进行检测,可以在生产实践中普及应用。
The water leakage in the sink of the sink dishwasher is a serious product quality problem,so it is necessary to effectively control and detect the water leakage in the sink dishwasher.Through the principle of gas pressurization,the automatic detection device of sink leakage of sink dishwasher was effectively designed.The detection device detected whether there was penetration in the sink of the sink type dishwasher,and accurately judged whether the air pressure in the closed cavity was lost during the leakage detection process.The detection device is solid,beautiful and practical,with scientific and reasonable structural design,simple,flexible and reliable operation.It has a good safety protection device,and can effectively detect the penetration of the sink of the sink type dishwasher,which can be widely used in production practice.
