仓储物流机器的发展前景与当前存在问题的质性研究

A Qualitative Study on the Perspectives and Current Issues of Warehouse Logistics Robot

探讨基于网络文章的仓储物流机器人的发展前景及当前存在的发展问题。通过采用质性研究中的内容分析法,利用目标抽样法根据关键词“仓储/物流机器人”和“发展”检索网络文献,共纳入15篇网络文章。通过内容分析法提炼出产品发展前景良好(公司易获资金支持、新冠疫情催生了机器人市场、产品的不断更新是市场持续升温的主要原因)及当前存在的问题(产品不适于东南亚仓储市场、投资成本过高、机器人运行不稳定)等2个主题和6个亚主题。研究表明良好的发展势头将有助于仓储物流机器人产品的扩张与研发,但厂家有必要寻求办法克服当前存在的问题,从而促进该市场的可持续发展。

The development prospect and current problems of warehouse logistics robot was explored based on network articles.Content analysis in qualitative research was applied,target sampling method was used to search the network literature according to the key words"warehousing/logistics robot"and"development".A total of 15 online articles were included.Two themes and six sub-themes were explored:the product development prospect is good(the company is easy to get financial support,the new crown epidemic has spawned the robot market,the continuous updating of the product is the main reason for the continuous warming of the market)and the existing problems(the product is not suitable for the storage market in Southeast Asia,the investment cost is too high,the robot operation is unstable).The present study indicates that the good development momentum will contribute to the expansion and development of warehouse logistics robot products,but manufacturers need to find ways to overcome existing problems,which can promote the sustainable development of the market.
