摘要
交流滤波器回路是特高压换流变电站的重要设备回路,但其特殊的结构特征导致其在强震作用下易发生破坏。为研究交流滤波器回路的地震易损性,文中通过有限元数值仿真计算的方法,对某800 kV换流站交流滤波器回路进行了数值建模,基于数值模型进行了模态分析和地震响应时程计算,并进行了回路地震易损性分析。结果表明:交流滤波器回路中的高压电容器和电阻器支柱绝缘子根部应力水平较高,有破坏风险;软母线的轴拉力远低于其计算拉断力;考虑母线耦联作用后,高压电容器和电阻器等应力较高的设备地震响应有所降低;PGA高于0.4g时,交流滤波器回路失效概率达43.26%,有很大概率发生破坏。交流滤波器回路中存在设备耦联振动效应,并且整个回路在高烈度地震中具有很高的易损性,设计时应当采取措施降低地震响应。
Alternating current filter circuit is an important equipment circuit of UHV converter substation,but its special structural characteristics make it easily damaged under strong seismic action.For studying the seismic vulner⁃ability of the alternating current filter circuit,the numerical modeling for an 800 kV converter station alternating cur⁃rent filter circuit is set up by means of finite element numerical simulation calculation in this paper.Based on the nu⁃merical model,modal analysis and seismic response time history calculation on the circuit are performed and seis⁃mic vulnerability analysis is also performed.The results show that the stress of the high voltage capacitor and of bot⁃tom of the support insulator of resistor in the alternating current filter circuit is higher and has the destruction risk.The axial tension of the flexible busbar is far lower than its calculated tensile force.Considering the coupling effect of busbar,the seismic response of such high stress equipment as high voltage capacitor and resistor decreases.When PGA is higher than 0.4g,the failure probability of the alternating current filter circuit reaches 43.26%,with a high probability of destruction.The coupling vibration effect of equipment is existed in the alternating current filter cir⁃cuit,and the whole circuit has high vulnerability in high intensity seismic.Therefore,measures shall be taken to re⁃duce seismic response during the design period.
