特高压悬吊换流阀地震模拟振动台实验研究

摘要 为了研究悬吊式换流阀塔在地震作用下的抗震性能及限位方案,以某特高压换流站的高端阀厅和阀塔为研究对象,基于缩比理论建立1∶3的缩比模型,开展地震台振动试验,对比了限位措施施加前后阀塔的加速度、最大摆幅及受力状态。结果表明,地震作用下,悬吊阀塔各层加速度较台面输入均存在一定放大,阀塔整体及各层会产生一定的摆动,底层阀塔的加速度及摆副最大,顶部悬吊绝缘子存在受力不均情况;施加限位措施会增加阀塔各层的加速度响应,降低阀塔的摆动幅度;底部限位会导致顶部悬吊绝缘子及底部限位绝缘子承受较大拉力,实际设计时需充分校核。 For studying the seismic performance and limit scheme of suspended converter valve tower under seismic action,a high⁃end valve hall and valve tower of an UHV converter station are taken as the study object to set up a 1∶3 scale model based on the scaling theory.The vibration test of shaking table is performed.The acceleration,maximum swing and stress state of the valve tower before and after applying the limit measures are compared.The results show that under the seismic action,the acceleration of each layer of the suspension valve tower,compared to the table in⁃put,has a definite amplification,the whole valve tower and each layer will generate a definite swing.The accelera⁃tion and swing of the bottom valve tower are the largest,while the top suspension insulator exists uneven stress.Appli⁃cation of limit measures will increase the acceleration response of each layer of the valve tower and reduce the swing amplitude of the valve tower.The bottom limit will cause the top suspension insulators and the bottom limit insulators to carry great tension,which needs to be fully checked in the actual design.
