特高压支柱绝缘子阻尼支架设计及减震效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 设置减隔震装置是提高支柱设备抗震性能的有效途径,但电力设备常用的减隔震装置在强震下出现刚度下降,易导致设备顶部位移增大。文中通过数值计算模型对特高压复合支柱绝缘子进行抗震计算,输入21条拟合规范需求谱的地震波计算不同阻尼比下设备的地震响应。提出阻尼支架,在支架顶部设置梯形阻尼层和线性黏滞阻尼器,使支架顶部阻尼层变形由平动转变为摇摆运动,以提高整体结构的阻尼比。计算结果显示,提高整体结构的阻尼比可以降低设备的地震响应,在阻尼层设置集中黏滞阻尼可以有效提升设备的整体阻尼比,同时降低设备顶部位移和根部应力响应。与普通钢支架相比,设置阻尼支架后,设备顶部位移个根部响应均值分别下降了35.7%和40.9%。 Provision of damping and isolation device is the effective way to improve the seismic performance of sup⁃port equipment.However,the common damping and isolation device in the electrical equipment will,in case of strong seismic,causes rigidity reduction and likely leads to increase of displacement on top of equipment.In this pa⁃per,the seismic calculation of the UHV composite support insulator is performed through a numerical calculation mod⁃el.The seismic responses of the equipment under different seismic damping ratio is calculated by inputting 21 pieces of seismic waves from the fitted specification demand spectrum.The damping support,which has a trapezoidal damp⁃ing layer with linear viscous dampers,is proposed.The damping support can convert the movement of the top layer from translational to rotational ones so to increase the damping ratio of the whole structure.The calculation results show that increase of the l damping ratio of overall structure can reduce the seismic responses of the equipment,provision of con⁃centrated viscous damping in the damping layer can effectively increase the overall damping ratio of the equipment and can,at the same time,reduce the the displacement on top of the equipment and the stress response at the bottom of the equipment.Compared with the ordinary steel support,after the provision of the damping support,the displacement and the the response at the bottom of the equipmen tha vebeenreduced by 35.7%and40.9%,respectively.
