110 kV隔离开关地震响应及减震控制仿真分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了评估常见隔离开关的抗震性能,探究地震作用下的破坏模式与薄弱位置。以110 kV隔离开关建立精细有限元模型,进行地震响应分析,评估设备关键位置处的地震响应。结果显示,该设备存在绝缘子底部断裂破坏的风险。采用钢丝绳阻尼器构成的减震支座,利用双折线模型近似模拟钢丝绳阻尼器的滞回性能,对设置减震支座前后的隔离开关进行地震响应分析与对比。布置减震支座可以减小设备关键部位的应力、加速度响应,但会放大顶部位移;而中间层支座的减震效果优于底部支座。在仿真分析中,原有设备抗震性能不足,布置减震支座后满足抗震设计要求。 For assessing the seismic performance of disconnector and exploring the destruction modes and weak posi⁃tions under seismic action,a fine finite element model is set up with a 110 kV disconnector,the seismic response analysis is performed to assess the seismic response at key positions of the equipment.The results show that the equipment has the risk of breakage at bottom of insulator.The seismic responses of the disconnector before and after the provision of vibration control are analyzed and compared by using the vibration control,which is composed of a wire rope damper,and by using a double⁃fold line model to approximate the hysteresis performance of the wire rope damper.Provision of the vibration control can reduce the stress and acceleration responses of key parts of the equip⁃ment,but can amplify the top displacement.However,the vibration effect of the middle layer support is better than that of the bottom support.In the simulation analysis,the seismic performance of the original equipment is insuffi⁃cient,and the seismic design requirements are met after provision of the isolation support.
