基于变压器式均衡模拟系统设计与制作

摘要 对由电动汽车动力电池组使用时间和使用条件不断积累而导致电池组内的所有电池综合性能差异变大的情况进行分析研究。当动力电池组某一单体电池在充电末端率先达到充电截止电压时,系统均衡电路开始工作,系统电路以电池电压作为均衡电路的开启条件,变压器作为均衡电路的核心,且电池工作电压作为均衡控制量,通过均衡技术使电量较低的电池获得较多的电量,从而达到模块间或单体电池间的电压均衡。本研究研究使用仿真软件和C语言编程软件,对均衡系统进行仿真研究与系统设计,通过系统仿真与参数分析,使动力电池组在充放电时能以更快的均衡速度和更低的能量损耗达到更好的均衡效果。 Through analyzing and investigating the situation that the battery packs of electric vehicles ac⁃cumulate with the use time and conditions,and the comprehensive performance difference of all batteries in the battery packs becomes larger.The research direction is mainly about when a single battery of the power battery pack reaches the charging cut-off voltage first at the charging end,when the system equal⁃ization circuit starts to work,the system circuit takes the battery voltage as the opening condition of the equalization circuit,the transformer as the core of the equalization circuit,and the working voltage of the battery as the equalization control quantity.By means of equalization technology,the battery with lower power can obtain more power,so as to achieve voltage equalization between modules or single batteries.In the process of research,simulation software combined with C language software is used to analyze,simu⁃late and design the equalization system.Through system simulation and parameter analysis,the power bat⁃tery pack can achieve better equalization effect with faster equalization speed and lower energy loss dur⁃ing charging and discharging.
