摘要
随着钢铁主业生产工艺的改进,钢铁厂设备朝着大型化、智能化方向发展,现有的“高炉—炼钢—轧钢”的老厂房布局及铁水铁渣运输方式已无法满足现代化生产的需要。通过分析酒泉钢铁厂钢铁主业的生产工艺流程及厂内铁路运输组织现状,找到厂内铁水铁渣运输的瓶颈。并采取调整倒调作业、使用均衡机车、建立智慧调度系统及采用自动摘钩与机车无人驾驶系统等优化措施,从规划设计的角度出发,对同类新建厂区布置及铁路运输组织提出建议,为钢铁厂铁水铁渣自动化、智能化运输提供参考依据。
With the improvement of the production process of the main business of Steelworks,the large scale and intelligent equipment,the existing"blast furnace-steel-making-rolling"plant layout and the transportation method of molten iron and slag can no longer meet the needs of production.Firstly,by ana⁃lyzing the main production process of JISCO and the current situation of railway transportation organiza⁃tion in the factory,the bottleneck of iron slag transportation in the factory is found.Secondly,optimized re⁃search on measures such as hook and locomotive unmanned system,and finally put forward suggestions on the layout of the new plant and railway transportation organization from the perspective of planning and design,which provided a reference for the automatic and intelligent transportation of molten iron slag in the plant.
