河南省科技型中小企业科技金融服务体系建设探索

Research on the Scientific and Technological Financial System of Scien⁃tific and Technological Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Henan Province

科技型中小企业是创新创业的主力军。为了更好地满足科技型中小企业创新的需要,改善传统融资模式的弊端,笔者在河南省科技金融实践工作的基础上,探索科技型中小企业科技金融服务体系的构建模式,并提出优化建议,以期为区域内科技型中心企业高质量发展助力。

Technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises are the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship.In order to better meet the innovation needs of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises and improve the disadvantages of the traditional financing mode,the author explores the construction mode of scientific and technological financial service system of scientific and technological small and medium-sized enterprises on the basis of the practical work of scientific and technological finance in Henan Province,and puts forward optimization suggestions,in order to promote the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the region.
