摘要
旋转变压器作为直流无刷电机的转子位置传感器使用,其精度直接影响电机性能,磁阻式旋转变压器具有体积小、结构简单及易于加工等优点,应用广泛。针对某直流无刷电机的转子位置传感器的要求,采用计算并结合仿真的方法,设计了一款旋转变压器,研制了样机,并进行了试验验证,研究结果表明:该旋转变压器设计方案合理,各项性能优异,满足设计要求,相关工作具有理论意义与实际应用价值,为同类产品的研制提供参考和依据。
The resolver is used as the rotor position sensor of the brushless DC motor,and its accuracy directly affects the performance of the motor.The reluctance resolver has the advantages of small size,simple structure,and easy processing,and is widely used.Aiming at the requirements of the rotor position sensor of a brushless DC motor,a resolver was designed by using the method of calculation and simulation,aprototype was developed,and experimental verification was carried out.The research results show that the design scheme of the resolver is reasonable.The performance of the project is excellent and meets the design requirements.The related work has theoretical significance and practical application value and provides a reference and basis for the development of similar products.
