小麦圆筒清粮机圆筒筛有限元分析与优化设计

摘要 圆筒筛作为清粮机的重要组成部分,其结构与强度的好坏关乎着设备整体使用性能和使用寿命,以安徽云龙粮机有限公司生产的圆筒振动清粮机SCY2000机型圆筒筛为例,对其进行分析优化改进。首先对原结构进行SolidWorks建模,再根据圆筒筛的离心力计算和分析结果,将相关数据导入Ansys Workbench中进行有限元分析;得到圆筒筛应力分布图。为解决圆筒筛存在的应力集中问题,增加了内外筒支撑,同时考虑到轻量化设计,去除中心通轴,改用两端短轴连接。实现对圆筒筛有效结构设计优化,达到稳定使用和延长使用寿命,减少生产成本的目的。 Cylindrical sieve is an important part of grain cleaning machine,and its structure and strength are related to the overall performance and service life of the equipment.The cylindrical vibrating grain cleaning machine SCY2000type cylindrical sieve produced by Anhui Yunlong Grain Machine Co.,Ltd.As an example,analyze and optimize and improve it.First,perform SolidWorks modeling on the original structure,and then according to the centrifugal force calculation and analysis results of the cylindrical sieve,import the relevant data into Ansys Workbench for finite element analysis,obtain the stress distribution diagram of the cylindrical sieve.In order to solve the problem of stress concentration existing in the cylindrical screen,the inner and outer cylinder supports are added.At the same time,considering the lightweight design,the central through shaft is removed and the two ends are connected by short shafts.Realize the optimization of the effective structure design of the cylindrical screen,achieve stable use and prolong the service life,and reduce the production cost.
