一种用电器实时监控系统设计

摘要 针对用电器电流、电压及功率无法实时监控的问题,该文提出了一种电流、电压及功率实时监测的方案。该方案以单片机为控制器,结合电能计量模块、存储器、OLED、独立按键实现对7类用电器电流、电压及功率的实时监测功能;具备对5 mA~8 A电流不相同的用电设备独立运行时的识别功能;具备对5 mA及相差1 mA的2种用电设备同时工作时的识别功能;具备在大于8 A的大功率用电器运行情况下,识别1种大于20 mA的用电器的运行状态的功能;具备家用电器运行状态的显示、存储与删除功能;具备当总电流大于10 A的超限报警功能。整个系统采用模块化程序编写,便于程序的移植和功能的扩展。实验证明,该系统具有测量精度高、显示直观及工作性能稳定等优点,对应用于各种场合的用电器功耗及运行状态的实时监控的相关技术的改进有一定的指导意义。 In view of the problem that the current,voltage and power of electrical appliances cannot be monitored in real-time,a scheme of real-time current,voltage and power detection is proposed.The scheme uses a microcontroller as the controller,combined with electric energy metering module,memory,OLED and independent keypad to realize the real-time monitoring function of current,voltage and power of seven types of electrical appliances.With the recognition function when the electrical appliances with different currents from 5 mA~8 A operate independently.With the recognition function to 5 mA and 1 mA difference of two kinds of electrical equipment working at the same time.With function of identifying the running state of an electric appliance larger than 20 mA when the high-power electric appliance is larger than 8 A.With the function of displaying,storing and deleting the operating status of household appliances,and alarming when the total current is greater than 10 A.The whole system adopts modular program writing,which is convenient for program porting and function expansion.The experiment proves that the system has the advantages of high measurement accuracy,intuitive display and stable working performance,and it has certain guiding significance for the improvement of the relevant technologies for real-time monitoring of power consumption and operation status of electrical appliances in various applications.
