一种串并联耦合式多工位水表检定装置设计

摘要 该文针对现有水表检定装置检定效率的不足,设计了一种串并联耦合式多工位水表检定装置。使用高精度电子秤、标准表作为计量标准器自动采集流经水表的实际体积,可采用换向法、流量时间法进行检定;可串并联耦合同时检定多台相同规格型号的水表,即检定装置测量段有1~4路检定通道,每个通道串联1~10台被检水表,在常用流量检定点采用串联式检定方式,在分界流量点和最小流量点采用并联式检定方式。装置一次可同时检定5~40台同规格水表,大大提高了检定效率。 Aiming at the verification inefficiency of the existing water meter verification devices,a series-parallel coupled multi-station water meter verification device is designed in this paper.High precision electronic scales and standard meters are used as measuring standards to automatically collect the actual volume flowing through the water meter,so verification can be carried out by reversing method or flow rate and time method.Multiple water meters of the same specification and model can be verified in series-parallel coupling contract,that is,the measuring section of the verification device has 1~4 verification channels,and 1~10 water meters to be verified in series in each channel.The series verification method is adopted at the permanent flow rate verification point,and the parallel verification method is adopted at the transitional flow rate point and the minimum flow rate point.The device can verify 5~40 water meters of the same specification at one time,which greatly improves the verification efficiency.
