摘要
针对现有医用织物的管理难以形成有效监管的问题,导致在流转过程中容易发生交叉感染、无故丢失、超过使用寿命、积压过多物品流转不畅等现象,该文设计一种基于物联网的智能医用织物管理系统。该系统由下位机控制系统和上位机织物管理系统组成。下位机以STM32单片机为控制核心,利用RFID技术、4G技术实现了织物数量及种类的识别、数据传输的功能;上位机基于ASP.NET技术,使用MVC设计模式构建Web应用,SQL Server为数据库。应用结果表明,该系统工作稳定,性能优异,平均每年可降低医院相关成本30%。系统同时优化了医院后勤管理体系,提高了管理工作效率,有效促进了医院的智能化水平的建设。
Aiming at the problem that the management of existing medical fabrics is difficult to form effective supervision,which leads to cross-infection,loss without cause,exceeding the service life,and excessive backlog of medical fabrics caused poor circulation process,this paper designs a IoT-based smart medical fabric management system.The system consists of the lower machine control system and the upper machine fabric management system.It takes STM32 microcontroller for lower machine as the control core,and uses RFID technology and 4G technology to realize the functions of fabric quantity and type identification and data transmission;The upper machine is based on ASP.NET technology and uses the MVC design pattern to build Web applications,and SQL Server is the database.The application results show that the system works stably and has excellent performance,which can reduce hospital-related costs by an average of 30%per year.At the same time,it optimizes the hospital logistic management system,improves management efficiency,and effectively promotes the construction of the intelligent level of hospital.
