近年来,现代信息技术及无损检测技术的快速发展及其在茶叶加工技术装备中的应用促进了茶叶加工的数字化、智能化转型与升级。文章聚焦数字化、智能化技术在茶叶加工技术领域的应用,总结了近年来有关茶叶数字化、智能化加工技术的论文、专利等科研成果,综述了茶叶数字化与智能化的加工进展,在此基础上对茶叶数字化、智能化的发展趋势进行了展望,以期为茶叶加工技术的创新研究提供借鉴和思考。

In recent years,the rapid development of modern information technology and non-destructive testing technology and its application in tea processing technology and equipment have promoted the digital,intelligent transformation and upgrading of tea processing.This article focused on the application of digital and intelligent technologies in the field of tea processing technology,and summarized recent scientific research achievements such as papers and patents on tea digital and intelligent processing technologies,as well as the progress of tea digital and intelligent processing.On this basis,the development trend of tea digitalization and intelligentization was prospected,in order to provide reference and thinking for innovation research of tea processing technology.
