高校教学管理信息化现状及建设对策

Current Situation and Construction Countermeasures of Teaching Management Informatization in Colleges and Universities

信息技术对高校教学管理产生了重大而深远的影响。教学管理信息化建设除了可以提高教学管理水平,还可以提升高校的教学质量,实现教学改革与创新。该文梳理了高校教学管理信息化建设现状,发现仍存在信息化建设重视程度不够、系统建设规范性不足、信息安全难以保证和管理职能重心偏移等问题。提出了完善组织构建,健全配套制度,突出服务本质等措施,以期解决现存问题、推动教学管理信息化建设。

Information technology has a significant and far-reaching impact on the teaching management of colleges and universities.In addition to improving the level of teaching management,the construction of teaching management informatization can also improve the teaching quality in colleges and universities,and realize teaching reform and innovation.This paper sorts out the current situation of the construction of teaching management informatization in colleges and universities,and finds that there are still some prob-lems in the process of informatization construction of teaching management.For example,the information construction is not enough to pay attention,the standardization of system construction is not enough,the in-formation security is difficult to ensure,and the focus of management functions is shifted.This paper pro-poses measures such as improving organizational construction,improving supporting systems,and high-lighting the nature of services,in order to solve existing problems and promote the construction of teach-ing management informatization.
