摘要
在精准扶贫和推进学前教育普及的背景下,国家高度重视农村学前教育的发展,农村幼儿园教师外出培训机会不断增多。以中部三省部分地区农村幼儿园教师为样本,深入调查其外出培训情况。研究发现,近年来各级教育行政部门对农村幼儿园教师培训加大了支持力度,培训管理进一步科学化,农村幼儿园教师对于外出培训满意度高,培训有较好的实效。但依然存在外出培训机会不均、培训内容和主题有一定重复、培训连贯性不强、理论性培训偏多等影响培训实效的问题,这些问题需要在现有的基础上加以解决。
In recent years,in the context of targeted poverty alleviation and promoting the popularization of preschool education,the state attaches great importance to the development of rural preschool education,and rural kindergarten teachers have more opportunities to go out for training.This study takes rural kindergarten teachers from some areasin the three central provinces as samples to deeply investigate their out-going training.The study finds that in recent years,education administrative departments at all levels have increased their support for the training of rural kindergarten teachers,and the training management has been further scientific.Rural kindergarten teachers have high satisfaction with out-going training,and the training has a good effect.However,there are still some problems such as insufficient and uneven opportunities for the training,certain repetition of training contents and themes,poor consistency of training,and too much theoretical training.These problems need to be solved on the basis of the existing training.
