勒温场动力理论视角下本科学历初任教师专业发展需求个案研究

A Case Study on the Professional Development Needs of New Teachers with Undergraduates Degrees from the Perspective of Lewin’s Field Dynamic Theory

摘要 本科学历初任幼儿教师自身的专业发展需求影响着其专业发展的动力与方向。从勒温场动力理论视角出发,将本科学历初任幼儿教师所处的场域划分为教师场域和学校场域,并建构其不同场域专业发展的场动力系统。采用质性研究取向的个案研究法,通过访谈获取翔实的资料,深入挖掘个案中本科学历初任幼儿教师的专业发展需求,探究其需求背后的内部心理诉求及外部环境影响因素。为促进本科学历工作者初任幼儿教师的专业发展,应通过营造个体内环境,生成发展内发力为其构建专业发展的内生之路;通过优化个体外环境,凝聚发展外促力为其构建专业发展的外铄之路。 The professional development needs of new preschool teachers with undergraduate degrees affect the motivation and direction of their professional development.Based on Lewin’s field dynamic theory,the fields of new preschool teachers with undergraduate degrees are divided into the teacher field and the school field,and construct the field dynamic system of the professional development in different fields.The qualitative research-oriented case study method is used to find the professional development needs of new preschool teachers with undergraduate degrees according to the detailed information from interviews.This paper further explores the internal psychological demands and external environmental factors behind these needs.To promote the teachers’professional development,the endogenous road will be built by constructing the individual internal environment and then generating the internal force of development.Meanwhile,the external road of professional development will be established through optimizing the individual external environment and condensing the external promoting force.
