社会转型中教师教育惩戒的困境及出路

摘要 当下教师教育惩戒的实施困难重重,这是社会转型带来的影响。教育惩戒相关者的现代化转向,使得教师由“神圣化”转向“世俗化”、学生个体和自我意识增强、学校自利性日益显现及家长正经历着不安全。对此,可以从现代性寻求突破困境之路:构建契约型师生关系的信任,重塑学生的个体自主性,营建具有安全感的学校教育场域,赢得家长的理解和配合。通过形成教师、学生、学校、家长四者合力,提升教师教育惩戒有效性。 At present,there are many difficulties in the implementation of teacher education punishment,which is the impact of social transformation.The modernization of educational punishment has led to the transformation of teachers from“sanctification”to“secularization”,the enhancement of students individual and self-consciousness,the increasing appearance of school self-interest of,and the insecurity of parents.In this regard,we can seek a way to break through the predicament from modernity:construct the trust of contractual teacher-student relationship,reshape the individual autonomy of students,build a secure school education field,and win the understanding and cooperation of parents.Through the formation of teachers,students,schools,parents four joint efforts to improve the effectiveness of teacher education punishment.
