区域整体推进课堂教学改革的困境与出路 被引量:1

摘要 课堂教学是立德树人的主阵地。近年来,为提高课堂教学质量,提升区域整体教育教学水平,全国各地纷纷开展了区域整体课堂教学改革。区域整体推进课堂教学改革在促进教师专业发展和区域教研氛围形成、促进区域内教育均衡发展和区域教育特色形成方面具有一定的价值。但是区域整体推进课堂教学改革也面临着诸如形式主义、钟摆现象、加重教师负担、改革模式单一、评价机制不完善等一系列问题。基于课题研究推进改革、总结典型经验加强区域推广、通过理论学习引领教师专业发展、鼓励教师创新打破单一教学模式、完善评价机制转变评价方式,是区域整体推进课堂教学改革的出路。 Classroom teaching is the main position of establishing morality and cultivating people.In recent years,in order to improve the quality of classroom teaching and improve the overall level of regional education and teaching,all parts of the country have carried out regional overall classroom teaching reform.Promoting classroom teaching reform as a whole in the region has certain value in promoting teachers’professional development and the formation of regional teaching and research atmosphere,promoting the balanced development of education in the region and the formation of regional educational characteristics.However,promoting classroom teaching reform as a whole in the region also faces a series of problems,such as formalism,pendulum phenomenon,increasing the burden on teachers,single reform mode,imperfect evaluation mechanism and so on.The outlet for promoting classroom teaching reform in the region as a whole is to promote reform based on subject research,summarize typical experience,strengthen regional promotion,lead teachers’professional development through theoretical learning,encourage teachers to innovate,break the single teaching mode,improve the evaluation mechanism,and change the evaluation method.
