摘要
以太湖流域现状工程为基础,针对流域、区域、地区不同目标的调度需求,对骨干工程望虞河、走马塘工程及周边控制线主要控制建筑物设计不同的工程运行调度方案,利用成熟的数值模拟计算技术,模拟计算1971年典型降雨条件下,分析各调度方案对多目标的响应情况,对比分析确定最优调度方案,发挥工程综合效益化,为工程调度运行实践提供参考。
Based on the existing projects in Taihu Lake watershed,in view of the different dispatching objectives of river basin,various regions and districts,different operation regulating schemes were designed for the key projects such as Wangyu River project,Zoumatang project and surrounding control buildings.Mature numerical simulation technology was used to analyze the response of various dispatching schemes to multiple objectives under the typical rainfall conditions in 1971.The optimum dispatching scheme was determined based on comparison and analysis to bring into full play the comprehensive benefits of project.
