广西县域节水型社会达标建设存在的问题及对策

Existing problems and countermeasures of county water-saving society standard construction in Guangxi

通过分析广西2017-2021年共5批次县域节水型社会达标建设情况,论述了普遍存在的主要问题。提出了强化农业取水监测计量体系建设、健全节水奖励政策推动节水型企业建设、调整城镇供水价格、加大节水宣传力度、加强非常规水源利用量等对策,为进一步推进广西县域节水型社会达标建设高质量发展提供指导。

Analysis was made on the standard construction of county water-saving society in Guangxi from 2017 to2021,based on which the author discussed the existing problems and put forward countermeasures such as strengthening construction of agricultural water intake monitoring and measurement system,improving water-saving incentive policies,promoting construction of water-saving enterprise,adjusting urban water price,enhancing water-saving propaganda,increasing the utilization of unconventional water sources etc,so as to provide guide for further promoting high-quality development of county water-saving society standard construction in Guangxi.
