百龙滩电厂重锤关机系统控制回路改造

Control circuit modification of weight-loaded shutdown system for Bailongtan Hydropower Station

重锤关机系统是贯流式机组常采用的事故状态停机保护系统,若重锤关机系统拒动将导致机组发生严重飞逸事故。本文论述百龙滩电厂对重锤关机系统进行控制回路设备增设及改造工作,并介绍新增设的设备功能及运用情况。改造后,分别在不同时期对重锤关机系统进行联调测试,结果表明改造效果满足机组关机保障要求。

Weight-loaded shutdown system is an emergency shutdown protection system frequently adopted for bulb turbine generator unit.Non-action of weight-loaded shutdown system may lead to serious runaway fault of unit.An introduction was made on the equipment addition and modification of the control circuit of weight-loaded shutdown system for Bailongtan Hydropower Station.The author also presents the function and operation of new equipment.After modification,joint regulating tests of weight-loaded shutdown system had been conducted in different periods and the testing results demonstrate the modification effects satisfy the requirements for shutdown guarantee.
