封厦处理对寒冷地区农村住宅供暖需求影响

摘要 本研究结合寒冷地区农宅间歇供暖这一应用条件,运用DeST-h能耗模拟软件探究封厦处理对供暖需求的影响,并以围护结构热工改造作参照,评估其节能效果。研究发现:封厦处理可以有效提高设备负载率,有助于缓解间歇供暖工况造成的负载率低下,阳光间0.6~1.5 m进深区间内,随进深增加,负荷节能率线性降低,极差2%~5%,但进深不会显著影响设备负载率。间歇供暖工况下封厦处理节能率与外墙+门窗改造效果基本持平,节能率在30%左右,但只能达到围护结构全改造约二分之一的节能率,可以将封厦处理作为围护结构全改造的补充措施提高设备负载率,进而提高设备季节运行能效。 In this study,combined with the application conditions of intermittent heating of rural house in cold areas,the DeST-h energy consumption simulation software was used to explore the impact of sunspace on heating demand,and the thermal transformation of the envelope structure was used as a reference to evaluate its energy saving effect.The study found that:sunspace can effectively increase the equipment load rate and help alleviate the low load rate caused by intermittent heating conditions.Within the 0.6~1.5m depth interval of sunspace,as the depth increases,the load saving rate decreases linearly,extremely poor 2%~5%,but the depth will not significantly affect the equipment load rate;under intermittent heating conditions,the load saving rate of sunspace is basically the same as the effect of exterior wall+door and window renovation which is about 30%,but it can only reach about one-half of the load saving rate of full envelope structure renovation,and the sunspace can be used as a supplementary measure for the complete transformation of the envelope structure to increase the equipment load rate,thereby improving the energy efficiency of the equipment's seasonal operation.
