摘要
通过对上海市多家中小学进行能耗统计与数据分析,分析中小学建筑能耗分布特点,找出关键影响因素。采用定额分析法计算建筑能耗定额,针对生均建筑面积和空调面积比划分不同区段。采用回归分析方法给出生均建筑面积和空调面积比修正系数,从而对中小学建筑能耗进行修正,得出更加科学可行的中小学建筑能耗定额。
Through the energy consumption statistics and data analysis of many primary and elementary schools in Shanghai,the distribution characteristics of building energy consumption of primary and elementary schools is analyzed to find out the key influencing factors.The quota analysis method is used to calculate the building energy consumption quota,and different sections are divided according to the building area per student and the air conditioning area ratio.Regression analysis method is used to give the correction of average building area and air conditioning area ratio,so as to correct the building of primary and secondary schools,and get a more scientific and feasible building energy consumption quota of primary and secondary schools.
