摘要
针对移动源船舶脱硫,设计了一种混合式船舶废气脱硫系统,系统分为两种模式,分别是开环式下以海水作为脱硫剂,闭环式下以钠碱溶液作为脱硫剂,通过软件Aspen Plus模拟吸收过程中工程参数(钠碱溶液浓度、海水碱度、海水温度、液气比、烟气流量和烟气浓度)的变化对于系统脱硫效率及脱硫废液pH值的影响。模拟结果表明,两种模式下吸收液温度、浓度及液气比均对系统脱硫效率具有显著影响。同时,也对该工艺流程的能耗成本进行了评估,为实际运行操作提供了理论依据。
This paper designs a hybrid ship waste gas desulfurization system for mobile ships.The system is divided into two modes:open loop seawater as desulfurizer,closed loop sodium alkali solution as desulfurizer.This work uses software Aspen Plus to simulate the influence of engineering parameters(sodium alkali solution concentration,seawater alkalinity,seawater temperature,liquid-gas ratio,flue gas flow rate and flue gas concentration)on the desulfurization efficiency and the pH value of desulfurization waste liquid.The simulation results show that the temperature,concentration and liquid-gas ratio of the two modes have a significant effect on the desulfurization efficiency.At the same time,the energy consumption cost of the process is also evaluated,which provides a theoretical basis for practical operation.
