施肥对中肥力区凹叶厚朴幼树生长及药用有效成分含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究施肥对中肥力区凹叶厚朴幼树生长及药用有效成分含量的影响,以中肥力区凹叶厚朴良种“洪塘营7号”的5年生幼树为研究对象,采用“3414”配方施肥设计,测定与统计分析不同施肥处理凹叶厚朴幼树的生长量及其树皮药用有效成分含量,并建立树高生长量与氮、磷、钾肥料效应模型。结果表明:施氮、磷、钾肥对中肥力区凹叶厚朴幼树的生长均有显著促进作用,对幼树树皮药用有效成分含量的影响均没有达到显著水平,但能不同程度地提高厚朴酚、和厚朴酚、总酚的含量。施氮、磷、钾肥对中肥力区凹叶厚朴幼树树高、地径生长量影响的排序分别为氮肥>磷肥>钾肥和磷肥>氮肥>钾肥,对树皮药用有效成分厚朴酚、和厚朴酚、总酚含量影响的排序分别为磷肥>钾肥>氮肥、钾肥>氮肥>磷肥和钾肥>氮肥>磷肥。在中肥力区的凹叶厚朴幼树树高最大生长量为122.02cm,对应的施肥量为N190.80g·株^(-1)、P_(2)O_(5)126.40g·株^(-1)、K_(2)O79.69g·株^(-1)。 To explore the effects of fertilization on the growth and contents of active medicinal components of young trees in the medium fertility area of Magnolia officinalis,the growth amount and the content of active medicinal components of different fertilization treatments were measured,and statistically analyzed by the“3414”fertilization scheme,taking young trees(5a)of“Hongtangying No.7”M.officinalis which is a improved variety in medium fertility area as the research object,the tree height growth and N,P,and K fertilizers effect model were established.The results were shown that:The application of N,P,and K fertilizers in the middle fertility area can significantly promote the growth of M.officinalis young trees,and had no significant effect on the content of medicinal active ingredient in the bark,but increased the contents of magnolol,honokiol,and total phenol in different degrees.The effects of applying N,P,and K fertilizers to young trees in the middle fertility area on tree height and ground diameter growth were N>P>K and P>N>K,respectively.The effects of N,P and K fertilizer on honokiol,honokiol,and total phenol content in bark wereP>K>N,K>N>P,and K>N>P,respectively.The application amounts of N,P_(2)O,and K_(2)O were 190.80 g per plant,126.40 g per plant and 79.69 g per plant,respectively,and the maximum growth of tree height was 122.02 cm.
