摘要
2021年7月对湖南横岭湖省级自然保护区浮游植物进行采样调查,对浮游植物进行定性和定量的鉴别,以及生物量和多样性指数分析。结果表明:调查期间共发现浮游植物6门35属49种,其中绿藻门种类数最多。浮游植物平均密度和生物量范围为2.5474×10^(5)~6.5530×10^(5)个·L^(-1)和0.30~1.20mg·L^(-1),平均密度和平均生物量为4.05425×10^(5)个·L^(-1)和0.61mg·L^(-1),其中蓝藻门平均密度最大,为1.8511×10^(5)个·L^(-1),以蓝藻门密集微囊藻、水华束丝藻和绿藻门实球藻、衣藻为优势种。ShannonWiener多样性指数(H′)在2.12~3.50之间,Margalef物种丰富度(D)在2.06~4.74之间,Pielou均匀度指数(J)在0.47~0.89之间。横岭湖水体均值达到轻度污染,部分区域为中度污染。
In order to understand the characteristics of phytoplankton community in Hunan Hengling Lake Nature Reserve,the phytoplankton in Hengling Lake were sampled and investigated in July 2021.Biomass and diversity indices were analyzed by the qualitative and quantitative identification of phytoplankton.The results showed that:during the investigation,49 species belonging to 35 genera and 6 phyla of phytoplankton were found,among which the number of species of green algae was the largest.The average density and biomass of phytoplankton ranged from 2.5474×10^(5)~6.553×10^(5)/Land 0.30~1.20 mg/L,with an average density and biomass of4.05425×10^(5)/L and 0.61 mg/L,among which the average density of cyanobacteria is the largest,which is 1.8511×10^(5)/L,with cyanobacteria dense Microcystis,tufa,Chlorella and Chlamydomonas as the dominant species.The Shannon-Wiener(H')index is between 2.12~3.50,the Margalef(D)index was between 2.06~4.74,while the Pielou(J)evenness index was between 0.47~0.89.The diversity evaluation shows that the average value of Hengling Lake reaches the standard of class II water,and some areas are class Ⅲ water.
