个人的数字囤积行为研究进展与展望

Review and Outlook of Personal Digital Hoarding Behaviors

[研究目的]回顾和梳理国内外各学科领域个人的数字囤积行为研究,以期为图情档学科视阈下个人的数字囤积行为相关研究提供参考和借鉴。[研究方法]通过文献调研,系统论述个人的数字囤积行为研究的缘起;深入解析个人的数字囤积行为概念内涵;并详尽梳理个人的数字囤积行为研究的主要议题及成果。[研究结论]研究发现,个人的数字囤积行为研究主要包括个人的数字囤积行为模型构建、个人的数字囤积行为机理分析以及个人的数字囤积行为测量评估三个议题,每个议题都出现了一些代表性成果;但整体来看,个人的数字囤积行为研究虽取得了较为丰硕的研究成果,但尚存在学科交叉融合不足(尤其缺少了信息管理学科的贡献)、研究内容和问题域有待拓宽、理论发展和模型构建较为缺乏等不足;并据此展望了未来的研究方向。

[Research purpose]In the digital age and big data environment,it is increasingly common for organizations and individuals to hoard digital information.The purpose of this article is to provide some reference to personal digital hoarding behaviors(PDHB)related research by reviewing the research on PDHB in various disciplines at home and abroad.[Research method]By the method of literature research,the background of the emergence and development of was deeply analyzed,the basic connotation of was systematically elaborated,and the main issues of research were discussed in detail.[Research conclusion]It is found that the research framework of PDHB includes three aspects:the construction of individual digital hoarding behavior model,the analysis of individual digital hoarding behavior mechanism,and the measurement and evaluation of individual digital hoarding behavior.Although abundant research achievements have been made on PDHB,there are still some limitations as follows:lack of interdisciplinary integration,especially lack of contributions from LIS,research content and problem domain to be broadened,and lack of theoretical development and model construction.the future research direction is further proposed.
