基于SWOT分析的传统民居功能空间重构研究——以云南“一颗印”改造提升为例

Research on Functional Space Reconstruction of Traditional Residential Buildings Based on SWOT Analysis——A Case Study of the Transformation and Upgrading of the Traditional Vernacular Dwelling“Yikeyin”in Yunnan

“一颗印”是云南传统民居的典型代表,在村落空心化和乡村现代化的冲击下,民居中的游春、檐廊等典型空间的功能属性逐渐被废弃,传统民居建筑特色的消退日益加剧。该文基于SWOT理论,对云南滇中“一颗印”传统民居的功能性空间进行重构分析,对该类传统民居存在的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了深入研究,进而探寻“一颗印”传统民居的内部功能空间秩序重构手段,从经济、文化等多方面对传统民居的更新给出参考性建议,为云南地区传统民居建筑的保护与传承提供新的路径。

“Yikeyin”is one typical representative of traditional residences in Yunnan.Under the impact of rural hollowing and village modernization,the functional attributes of typical spaces in the residences,such as the spring tour and eaves gallery,are gradually abandoned,and the growing fading of architectural features of the traditional vernacular dwelling occurs.Based on the SWOT analysis,this paper analyzed the functional space reconstruction of“Yikeyin”in central Yunnan,examined the disadvantages,advantages,opportunities and challenges of such dwellings,and then explored the reconstruction of the internal functional space order of“Yikeyin”dwellings.Afterwards,some reference suggestions were presented for the renewal of traditional dwellings from the aspects of economy and culture,which provides a new path for the protection and inheritance of traditional vernacular dwellings in Yunnan.
