摘要
某近现代砖木结构历史建筑目前存在抗震构造措施不符合现行规范要求,部分墙体、楼盖、木屋架、门窗过梁出现破损损伤、构造缺陷等问题,已存在一定的安全隐患。基于以上问题,结合历史建筑保护的实际情况,对房屋进行了针对性的加固处理,包括裂缝、虫蛀修复,墙体加固,砖柱外包钢加固,木梁托换,木屋架节点加固,屋面治理及楼层增设水平侧向支撑等措施。加固后房屋承载能力及抗震能力显著提高,表明所采用的加固措施可靠、适用,可在同类近现代建筑的加固修复中推广应用。
There is a modern historical brick-and-wood structured building with earthquake-resistant constructional measures that do not meet the requirements of the current seismic structural code,together with damages and structural defects in some walls,floors,wooden roof trusses,door and window lintels,which has posed potential safety hazards.In order to solve these problems,and protect this historical building,a reinforcement method was proposed,including cracks repair,wall and brick column reinforcement,wooden beam underpinning,wooden frame node reinforcement,additional horizontal lateral support and other measures.Through reinforcement and reconstruction,the bearing capacity and seismic capacity of the historical building were dramatically improved,indicating that the reinforcement measures are reliable and applicable.It can be popularized and applied in the reinforcement and reconstruction of similar modern buildings.
