摘要
通过工程实例,该文介绍了某高层住宅平面超限时的结构分析与设计方法。针对工程超限的具体情况,以性能设计、楼板应力分析、时程分析及大震弹塑性分析结果为依据,采取相应的抗震加强措施。结果表明,通过合理的设计,结构既满足抗震安全性要求,又符合建筑平面的需求,相关技术可在类似工程中推广应用。
Based on an engineering case,this paper introduced the structural analysis and design method of a high-rise residential building with an ultra-limit plane.According to the ultra-limit reality,and based on the analysis results of performance design,floor stress,time history,and elastic-plastic analysis under serious earthquakes,the corresponding anti-seismic strengthening measures were taken.Through a reasonable design,the structure can not only meet the requirement of anti-seismic safety,but also that of plane features,which can be applied in similar projects.
