摘要 传统城市地下管线多头管理、重复建设、技术水平低,容易产生安全隐患。为解决这一问题,积极探索综合管廊建设新模式,优化基础设施管理,整合各类管线建设。采用BIM技术可视化手段,结合物联网、大数据、GIS等关键技术,建立综合管廊运维管理平台,对综合管廊建设采取信息化管理,并以实例展示了信息化管理的过程和成果,实现了更加精准、科学、高效的管理,可为类似管廊建设工程提供一定参考。 There lie some problems in the traditional urban underground pipelines,such as multi-body management,repeated construction and low technical levels,which easily cause potential safety hazards.In order to solve these problems,a new model for the construction of comprehensive pipeline corridors was explored,infrastructure management was optimized,and the integrated construction of various pipelines was conducted.Using the visualization means through the BIM technology,and combined with key technologies like the Internet of Things,big data,GIS,etc.,an operation and maintenance management platform for the comprehensive pipe gallery was established,so as to realize the intellectual management of the comprehensive pipe gallery’s construction,with the management process and results shown in cases.Thus,more accurate,scientific and efficient management has been achieved,which can provide reference for similar pipe gallery construction projects.
