摘要
涡轮增压技术已经在汽车发动机上广泛普及。在行车过程中急收油门时,节气门开度迅速减小,可能导致压气机出现喘振的现象,产生工作噪声,严重时还会对压气机叶片造成损伤,须通过进气泄压阀来排泄掉多余的空气,以保护节气门和增压器。本文通过对泄压阀的工作原理进行理论分析,针对压气机喘振及工作噪声的问题设计了多个试验方案,最终通过标定优化的方式解决问题,有效地保护了涡轮增压器,并保证了车辆的驾驶性能。
Turbo charging technology has been widely popularized in automobile engines.When the throttle is quickly closed in the process of driving,the throttle opening is rapidly reduced,which may lead to the phenomenons of surge of the compressor and the generations of working noise,in serious cases that may cause damage to the compressor.In this paper,through the theoretical analysis of the working principle of the pressure release valve,several test solutions are designed for the problems of compressor surge and working noise,and finally the problem is solved by calibration optimization,which can effectively protects the turbocharger and ensures the driving performance.
