摘要
本文以船舶自动识别系统(Automatic Identification System,AIS)数据为基础,采用回归模拟计算的方法解决了内河船舶污染物排放清单建立过程中的船舶静态数据缺失的难题,研究建立了一套内河船舶水污染物及大气污染物产生量清单的计算方法,建立了长江干线部分区域内河船舶的产污清单,确定了船舶水污染物和大气污染物的产生总量,获得了高精度的清单测算结果。
Based on the data of Automatic Identification System(AIS),this paper uses the regression simulation calculation method to solve the problem of the lack of static data of ships in the process of establishing the pollutant emission inventory of inland river ships,studies and establishes a set of calculation methods of the inventory of water and air pollutants produced by inland river ships,and establishes the pollution inventory of inland river ships in some areas of the Yangtze River trunk line.The total amount of ship water pollutants and air pollutants was determined,and the high-precision inventory calculation results were obtained.
