“双碳”背景下港口集装箱多式联运运输网络研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文以“双碳”目标为背景,以河南省周口中心港为例,从碳成本、运输成本和时间成本三方面对集装箱多式联运进行建模分析,并使用Python求解优化模型,得出货源城市通过不同运输方式的运输量以及各运输成本数据。分析得出,周口中心港的多式联运存在运量限制,不能满足越来越庞大的货运需求;并随着排放限额的缩减,货主存在时间压力及运输压力的双重考验。因此,扩大多式联运中铁路和水路的运量占比显得尤为重要,需要相关部门加大对港口和铁路的推进力度,实现运输结构优化。 Based on the“double carbon”goal,this paper analyzes the example of Zhoukou central port in Henan Province,models and analyzes the container multimodal transport from three aspects of carbon cost,transportation cost and time cost,and obtains the transportation volume and transportation cost data of the source city through different transportation modes by solving the optimization model with Python.By analyzing the data,it is concluded that the multimodal transport of Zhoukou port has traffic volume constraints and can not meet the increasing freight demand.With the reduction of emission limit,the cargo owner has the double test of time pressure and transportation pressure.Therefore,it is more important to expand the traffic volume of railway and waterway in multimodal transport.Relevant departments need to increase the construction degree of ports and railways to alleviate the traffic volume pressure of highway transportation.
