河北省绿色低碳循环交通运输发展经验借鉴

Exploration on Development of Green Low-carbon and Circular Transportation in Hebei Province

“绿色低碳循环交通运输”是一种以低排放、高能效、高服务水平为基本特征的交通运输发展方式,其核心在于降低碳排放,改善用能结构,提高能源效率,在满足现有交通运输需求的基础上有效调控和优化交通运输活动。循环则强调资源的利用效率,其核心是资源节约和生态经济的良性,是经济社会发展的方式或手段。本文通过分析河北省绿色低碳循环交通运输发展现状和存在问题,总结国内外发展经验,探索河北省绿色低碳循环交通未来发展道路。

Green low-carbon cycle transportation is a kind of transportation development mode with the basic characteristics of low emissions,high energy efficiency and high service level,core of which is to reduce carbon emissions,improve energy structure and energy efficiency,regulate and optimize transportation activities effectively on the basis of meeting the demand of the existing transportation.Cycle is the manner or means in economic and social development,which focuses on the use of resource utility,and its core is a virtuous resources conservation and ecological economy.This paper analyzes the development status and problems of green and low-carbon circular transportation in Hebei Province,summarizes the development experience at home and abroad,explores the future development path of green and low-carbon circular transportation in Hebei Province.
