公路建设生态环境保护促进高质量发展探析

当前我国已进入高质量发展阶段,公路建设的飞速发展意味着生态环境保护也扮演着越来越重要的角色,同时对公路环境高水平保护的科学化、精细化、靶向化提出了更高要求。通过贯彻新发展理念、优化结构调整,促进提升项目建设管理水平,推动生态环境保护和高质量发展。本文对公路建设存在的问题,提出了相应的措施及方案,分析了各参建单位在公路建设环境保护中的职责,总结了项目开展生态环境保护促进高质量发展的成果,阐述了生态环保在推动高质量发展中的重要作用。

Currently our country has entered a stage of high quality development.The rapid development of highway construction means that ecological environment protection plays a more and more important role,which puts forward higher requirements for the scientific,refined and targeted environment protection of highway.Management level of project construction,and development of ecological and environmental protection and high-quality are promoted by implementing new develop concepts and optimizing the structural adjustment.Based on the problems existing in highway construction,this paper puts forward corresponding measures and solutions,analyses the various contractors in the highway construction environmental protection responsibility,and summarizes the project to carry out the ecological environment protection to promote the development of high quality results.This paper expounds that the ecological and environmental protection plays an important part in promoting the development of high quality.
