暴雨团雾多发公路交通工程设施设置技术 被引量:2

Setting Technology of Traffic Engineering Facility on the Highway Affected Frequently by the Torrential Rain and Agglomerate Fog

摘要 山区公路承担了大部分区域客货运输服务,但山区公路局部暴雨、团雾等恶劣天气对公路运输安全和运输效率影响极大。本研究主要对暴雨团雾造成的能见度降低、路面条件恶化等影响进行了分析,提出了恶劣天气相关的固定交通工程设施设置技术,以及雨雾天气下事故发生后的临时设施设置技术。通过合理地在暴雨团雾频发路段设置相关警告标志和建议限速标志,设置线形诱导标间距,以及辅助设置行车安全智能诱导与预警设施等,可提升恶劣天气下公路通行安全性。通过在交通事故、施工等事件发生后设置临时标志,在事件路段上游进行预警提示,避免二次事故。 Mountain highways play the important role of passenger and freight transportation services.However,adverse weather such as local torrential rain,fog around the mountain highway has a great impact on traffic safety and transportation efficiency.The research focuses on the impact of reduced visibility and deterioration of pavement conditions caused by rainstorm and fog.The setting technology of fixed traffic engineering facilities related to adverse weather and the setting technology of temporary facilities after accident in rainy and foggy weather have been studied.The safety of highway traffic in adverse weather can be improved by reasonably setting relevant warning signs and recommended speed limit signs in the sections with frequent rainstorm and fog.Reasonably setting the spacing of chevron alignment sign,and auxiliary setting of intelligent guidance and pre-warning facilities have been also discussed in the paper for driving safety.Besides,when the incidents accured,the early warning prompt shall be carried out on the upstream side of the incident section to avoid secondary accidents.
