摘要 铁路驮背运输是货流“公转铁”运输的有效形式,对于优化运输结构、打造低碳高效的运输体系具有重要的作用,有助于推动我国“双碳”目标的实现。本文在分析铁路驮背运输CO_(2)减排原理的基础上,采用“自下而上”的方法建立铁路驮背运输CO_(2)排放测算模型。以鄂尔多斯至黄骅港为例进行计算,结果表明,当运距大于7.877 km时,铁路驮背运输低碳环保优势开始显现,并随着运距的增加优势加大。最后,从提升铁路驮背运输的运量、缩短公路短驳运距、降低铁路机车能源消耗、研制铁路驮背运输设施设备等方面,提出铁路驮背运输CO_(2)减排效果的提升对策。 Piggyback transport is an effective way to promote the freight traffic flow from roads to railways.It plays an important role in optimizing the transportation structure and building a low-carbon and efficient transportation system,and promoting the realization of the goal of Carbon Emission Peak and Carbon Neutrality.Based on the analysis of the principle of CO_(2) emission reduction of railway piggyback transport,the bottom-up method was used to establish the calculation model of CO_(2) emission through railway piggyback transport.Taking the route from Ordos to Huanghua Port as an example,the results show that when the transport distance is more than 7.877 km,the advantages of low-carbon and environmental protection of railway piggyback transport begin to appear,and increase with the transport distance.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures to improve the carbon emission effect of railway piggyback transport are put forward from the aspects of improving the volume of railway piggyback transport,shortening the road drayage distance,reducing the energy consumption of locomotive,and researching the facilities and equipment suitable for railway piggyback transport.
