摘要
采用非溶剂致相分离法制备PVDF/PMMA复合膜,改变两亲聚合物泊洛沙姆(F127)的添加量来研究其含量对复合膜综合性能的影响。通过测试改性前后复合膜的纯水通量、截流率、接触角等分析其透水性、分离性能和亲水性能,并以牛血清蛋白作为污染物研究复合膜的抗污性能。结果表明:随着两亲聚合物F127的添加,PVDF/PMMA复合膜表面亲水性能明显增强,纯水通量呈增加趋势,断裂伸长率明显增加,对牛血清蛋白的截留率保持在91.5%以上。其中,F127的添加量为1.4%时,接触角下降到65.14°,纯水通量达到205.4 L/(m^(2)·h),截留率为95.0%。另外,对比改性前的复合膜,其平均污染度和衰减系数分别从38.55%和26.25%降至4.42%和6.74%,展现出了较好的抗污性能。
PVDF/PMMA composite membrane was prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation method,and the addition amount of the amphiphilic polymer poloxamer(F127)was changed to study the effect of its content on the comprehensive performance of composite membrane.Water permeability,separation performance and hydrophilicity of composite membrane were analyzed by testing pure water flux,interception rate,and contact angle of composite membrane before and after modification,and antifouling performance was studied with bovine serum protein as a pollutant.The results showed that with addition of amphiphilic polymer F127,surface hydrophilicity of PVDF/PMMA composite membrane was significantly enhanced,flux of pure water showed an increasing trend,elongation at break increased significantly,and rejection rate of bovine serum protein remained at 91.5%above.Among them,when addition amount of F127 is 1.4%,contact angle drops to 65.14°,pure water flux reaches 205.4 L/(m^(2)·h),and rejection rate is 95.0%.In addition,compared with composite membrane before modification,its average pollution degree and attenuation coefficient decreased from 38.55%and 26.25%to 4.42%and 6.74%,respectively,showing better anti-fouling performance.
