摘要
教学模式作为一种理论话语的表现形式和表达方式,影响和引导着职业教育教学的发展。EPIP教学模式是在天津近代、现代职业教育创新发展中形成的,是在传承中国古代教育思想、坚守中国近代教育思想、坚定中国当代教育思想中创造性转化和创新性发展。EPIP作为一种源于真实生活、工矿企业实践和教学实践并通过鲁班工坊融入世界的教学模式,将构建一个“真实“”完整”的教育教学新生态,成为未来教师职业成长与发展的融入路径。
As a form of manifestation and expression of theoretical discourse,teaching model influences and guides the development of vocational education and teaching.Engineering Practice Innovation Project(EPIP)teaching model is formed in the innovation and development of modern and contemporary vocational education in Tianjin.It is the creative transformation and innovative development in inheriting ancient Chinese educational thought,adhering to modern Chinese educational thought and strengthening contemporary Chinese educational thought.As a teaching model,EPIP derived from real life,industrial and mining enterprise practice,teaching practice,and integrated into the world through Luban Workshop,it will build a"real"and"complete"new ecology of education and teaching,and become the integration path for future teachers'career growth and development.
