连续热镀锌机组锌锅液位控制研究

摘要 热镀锌机组要求锌锅的液位控制在一个相对稳定的范围内,通过对液位计工作原理、锌锅液位测量原理分析,自动控制的研究以及现场经验的积累,制定出相应的解决措施,并且取得了明显的成效,对镀锌产品的表面质量提升起到了很大的作用,对其他产线解决此类问题具有一定的指导意义。 Hot dip galvanizing unit requires zinc pot level control in a relatively stable range, through the working principle of the level meter Based on the analysis of the principle of zinc pot level measurement, the study of automatic control and the accumulation of on-site experience, the corresponding solutions have been worked out, and the obvious results have been achieved, which plays a great role in improving the surface quality of galvanized products and has certain guiding significance for other production lines to solve such problems.
