Countermeasures of the Structure and Troubleshooting of Pressure Electroslag Furnace

压力电渣炉主要用于重熔高氮钢,属于全封闭式电渣炉,是电渣炉冶炼技术发展一个新的分支。引进的15吨压力电渣炉,重熔过程中压力罐的氮气压力可以高达15bar,设备密封要求严格、在密闭罩内实现了恒熔速、同轴导电、高压水及气水平衡功能。生产中经常出现压力加不上、加料阀漏气、拉杆不动等故障,由于压力电渣炉结构特殊,维护保养故障处理经验不多。本文根据积累了处理故障经验,介绍15吨压力电渣炉设备特殊结构以及探讨生产、维护保养遇到的问题及解决措施,给压力电渣炉设计、使用维护保养工作者以参考和借鉴。

Pressure electroslag furnace is mainly used for remelting of high nitrogen steel, which belongs to a totally enclosed electroslag furnace and is a new branch of melting technology development of electroslag furnace. The 15 t pressure electroslag furnace introduced by our company has a nitrogen pressure of up to 15 bar in the pressure tank during melting which has high requirements for sealing. And the function of constant melting rate, coaxial conductive and balance between high pressure water is realized in the pressure tank. The faults were always been found during production, for example: the pressure can’t been increased, alloy feeding was found leak, the power ram didn’t moved. The experience of trouble-shooting and maintenance is not enough due to special structure. This paper introduces the special structure of 15 t pressure electroslag furnace equipment and discusses the problems encountered in production, maintenance and their solutions according to accumulative experiences of troubleshooting. It provides reference for design and maintenance personnel of pressure electroslag furnace.
