NTAN注射术治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者的临床效果

Clinical Effects of NTAN Injection in Treating Patients with Acute Non-Variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding

目的探讨NTAN注射术治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月于安福县人民医院重症医学科及九江学院附属医院消化内科住院的行NTAN注射术治疗的急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者共计15例作为试验组,选取同期于两院行常规止血夹止血治疗的急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者共计40例作为对照组,比较两组的大便潜血转阴时间、住院时间、有效止血率和即时止血率。结果试验组大便潜血转阴时间、住院时间均短于对照组,有效止血率和即时止血率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用NTAN注射术治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者,可缩短大便潜血转阴时间、住院时间,提高有效止血率和即时止血率。

Objective The clinical effects of NTAN injection in treating patients with acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding were explored.Methods Fifteen patients with acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding who underwent NTAN injection in the Department of Critical Care Medicine of Anfu County People's Hospital and the Department of Gastroenterology of Jiujiang University Affiliated Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the test group,forty patients who adopted conventional hemostatic clips for hemostasis were selected as the control group,and the time of fecal occult blood turning negative,the hospital stays,the effective hemostasis rate and the immediate hemostasis rate were compared between the two groups.Results The time of fecal occult blood turning negative and the length of hospital stays in the test group were shorter than those in the control group,and the effective hemostasis rate and the immediate hemostasis rate in the test group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion NTAN injection applied in patients with acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding can shorten the time of fecal occult blood turning negative and the hospital stays and improve the effective hemostasis rate and the immediate hemostasis rate.
