多学科协作康复护理对卒中吞咽功能障碍患者吞咽功能及生命质量的影响

Effect of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Rehabilitation Nursing on the Swallowing Function and Quality of Life of Stroke Patients with Dysphagia

目的探讨卒中吞咽功能障碍患者应用多学科协作康复护理对其吞咽功能及生命质量的影响。方法选取医院2017年12月至2019年12月收治的82例卒中吞咽功能障碍患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各41例。对照组采用常规康复护理,观察组采用多学科协作康复护理,比较两组吞咽功能与生命质量。结果观察组吞咽功能优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组健康调查简表(SF-36)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预1个月后,观察组SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卒中吞咽功能障碍患者应用多学科协作康复护理的效果显著,对吞咽功能、生命质量改善均明显。

Objective The influences of multidisciplinary collaborative rehabilitation nursing on the swallowing function and quality of life of stroke patients with dysphagia were explored.Methods A total of 82 stroke patients with dysphagia admitted to the hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received multidisciplinary collaborative rehabilitation nursing,and the swallowing function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of swallowing function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);the SF-36 scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group 1 month after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of multidisciplinary collaborative rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with dysphagia is obvious,with swallowing function and quality of life improved.
