G3i设备维修辅助测试器设计方案

摘要 G3i仪器是INOVA公司推出的有线地震数据采集系统,已广泛应用于国内外100多个项目并在一些重大油气发现中发挥了重要的作用。但是,随着设备高频次的使用,损坏站体的维修工作量也越来越多。维修中发现原有采集站体的测试设备数量较少,在测试仪上测量故障点的操作不易,而且可能造成电源短路等新问题。另外,短路故障的站体还易造成测试设备损坏。G3i设备维修辅助测试器的开发,可有效提高设备维修测试的效率,减少因站体短路而导致的测试设备损坏频次。 G3i instrument is a wired seismic data acquisition system launched by INOVA company,which has been widely used in more than 100 projects at home and abroad and played an important role in some major oil and gas discoveries.However,with the high-frequency use of the system,the maintenance workload of damaged stations is also increasing.It was found during the maintenance that few testers are available for the original remote data units and it was not easy to measure the fault points on the tester,which might cause new problems such as short circuit of the power supply,and the unit with short-circuit fault is also likely to damage to the tester.Through the development of the auxiliary tester for the maintenance of G3i equipment,the equipment maintenance and testing efficiency is improved effectively and the damage frequency of test equipment caused by the short-circuiting of remote data units is reduced.
