摘要
PLUS+1是AHV364型可控震源驱动电路中控单元。为了确保其更稳定的工作,AHV364型可控震源PLUS+1固件应该定期升级为最新版本。在故障诊断过程中经分析和总结,发现其外接电路存在设计缺陷,这是导致频繁故障的根本原因。本文主要介绍了AHV364型可控震源PLUS+1固件升级方法,并针对设计缺陷提出了一些改进方案建议。PLUS+1外接电路经过改进后,有效减少了此类故障的频繁发生。仅供同行借鉴与应用。
The PLUS+1 is the control unit of the AHV364 vibrator driving circuit.In order to ensure its more stable work,the firmware of AHV364 vibrator PLUS+1 should be regularly upgraded to the latest version.In the process of fault diagnosis,it is analyzed and summarized that there are design defects in the external circuit,which is the root cause of frequent failures.This paper mainly introduces the procedure of upgrading PLUS+1 controller,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement for design defects.And the PLUS+1 external circuit has been improved to reduce the frequent occurrence of such faults.This paper is only for the reference and application of peers.
