一种智能多功能锂电瓶的研制及应用

摘要 为解决施工中遇到的传统铅酸电瓶影响生产效率的问题,需要研制一种适用于野外勘探的新型智能多功能锂电瓶。本文主要介绍了该锂电瓶研制和应用的详细过程。这个过程包括设计功能原理图、切换器制作、电芯选配、壳体设计与制作、实验室试验、生产中应用。该新型电瓶采用耐热性良好的磷酸铁锂电芯作为电池模组,内置智能自动切换器和北斗/GPS双星定位系统,具有轻便、耐用、充电快、供电稳定的特点,同时具有定位防盗、智能自动切换等功能。通过自主创新的锂电瓶智能自动切换技术的应用,替代了人工值守和更换电瓶,保证了野外地震采集设备不断电工作,避免了工作人员驱车更换电瓶,杜绝了夜间行车安全隐患。该锂电瓶的应用,亦践行了中石油“绿色勘探”方针,并可应用于多种石油工业领域。 We decided to develop a new-type multifunctional lithium battery to solve the problem caused by the conventional lead-acid battery in the field.In this article,we mainly described the course of developing and applying this battery in detail.This course consists of the following:designing the function chart,making the automatic switcher,selecting the battery,designing and making the case,testing the battery in the lab and applying this battery in the field.The new battery adopts the lithium iron phosphate core with good heat resistance as the battery module,the single chip micyoco C language programming,and built-in Beidou/GPS dual-star positioning system,with light,durable,fast charging,stable power supply,and positioning anti-theft,intelligent automatic switching and other functions.In particular,the application of unique innovative technology lithium battery intelligent automatic switching technology,equivalent to replacing manual duty and replacement of the battery,to ensure that the acquisition seismic data equipment continuous electric work,to avoid the staff being anxious to drive to replace the battery,put an end to night driving safety hazards.The application of this lithium battery also implements Petro China’s"green exploration"policy and can be applied to a variety of petroleum industry fields.
