G3i采集站数字板电源电路常见故障维修方法探讨

摘要 本文针对在G3i采集站维修过程中故障率最高的数字电路板电源供电电路故障展开论述,从数字电路板电源工作原理和输入64 V线电压及其衍生的VCC_12I电压、VCS_3.3I的三种供电信号产生流程入手,依据不同故障现象判定何种电压信号异常,然后按顺序分别采用静态、动态两种电压判断法对板上三个检测点电压测量值与标准值比对,分步诊断测试供电信号关联电路,快速锁定相关电路元器件故障进行排除,达到准确高效维修的目的。 This paper discusses the failure of the digital circuit board power supply circuit with the highest failure rate in the maintenance of G3 i acquisition station,starting from mastering the working principle of the digital circuit board power supply circuit,the input 64 V line voltage constituting the power supply circuit and its derived VCC_12 I voltage,VCS_3.3 I’s three kinds of power supply signal generation process,according to different fault phenomena,first determine which voltage signal is caused by abnormal,and then compare the voltage measurement values of the three detection points on the board with the standard value by using static and dynamic voltage judgment methods in sequence,diagnose and test the power supply signal related circuit step by step,quickly lock the fault points of relevant circuit components for troubleshooting,so as to achieve the purpose of accurate and efficient maintenance.
